1. Contact
The data controller for this site is Commit Launch Lab, reachable at hello@maxprosystem.one for privacy questions. Postal correspondence should use the Gangnam district address published on the contact page.
We assign a ticket number to privacy requests so you can reference follow-ups without resending full documents.
2. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution. Analytics aggregates are kept in pseudonymized form for fourteen months.
Training artifacts you upload to classroom tools follow separate retention schedules disclosed in program agreements.
3. Rights
Depending on your residency, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control. We verify identity proportionally to the risk of the request.
We explain refusals when legal exceptions apply, such as ongoing fraud investigations.
4. Use of data
We use data to respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, improve navigation clarity, and meet accounting obligations for paid programs.
We do not use form contents to train generalized language models.
5. Third parties
Processors may include email delivery providers and calendar tooling under written agreements. Each processor receives the minimum data needed for their task.
We audit subprocessors annually and publish changes when onboarding new vendors that touch personal data.
6. Scope
This policy covers maxprosystem.one and related landing paths we operate. It does not cover open source repositories maintained by third parties, even if we link to them for coursework.
Partner universities may post their own notices for credit-bearing enrollments.
7. Data collected
We collect names, email addresses, optional company names, and messages you submit. Technical logs include IP address, user agent, and approximate region derived for abuse prevention.
Payment receipts are handled by invoicing partners; we store amounts and tax identifiers as required by law, not full card numbers.
8. Security and incidents
We encrypt data in transit and apply role-based access on internal dashboards. If a breach affects your personal data, we notify regulators and affected users without undue delay where required.
Post-incident reviews include concrete remediation tickets with owners and deadlines.
9. Automated decisions
We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about applicants based on browsing analytics.
Program acceptance may use structured rubrics reviewed by humans.
10. International transfers
When data leaves Korea, we document the transfer mechanism and safeguards. Participants may request a summary of categories transferred in the prior twelve months.
We assess whether recipients maintain adequate protection comparable to Korean expectations.
11. Children
We do not market paid programs directly to children under fourteen without guardian involvement. School cohorts are arranged through institutional contacts.
Guardians may request deletion of student contact details after a program ends unless invoices are still outstanding.
12. Changes
We update this policy when features or laws change. Archived copies are available on request for prior versions tied to your account period.
If we expand processing materially, we seek fresh consent where consent is the lawful basis.
