1. Exceptions
Some government or university invoicing paths follow institutional refund calendars instead of this consumer policy. Your order confirmation states which path applies.
Donation-subsidized seats may be non-refundable after cohort matching because funds are committed upstream.
2. Timeframe
For eligible digital cohorts, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase if the cohort has not yet issued your repository access credentials.
After credentials are issued, partial refunds may apply as described under eligibility.
3. Scope
This policy covers tuition-style payments collected by Commit Launch Lab for listed training programs. Third-party conference tickets sold as a courtesy are excluded.
Corporate workshops under master service agreements follow the contract schedule instead.
4. Eligibility
You are eligible for a partial refund if you withdraw before the third live session and return unused mentor credits. Attendance after that point generally removes refund eligibility except for documented emergencies.
Medical emergencies require a brief certificate; we do not store sensitive health details after verification.
5. Process
Email hello@maxprosystem.one with your order reference and cohort name. We confirm receipt within three business days and issue decisions within ten business days.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise we propose a domestic bank transfer.
6. Contact
Refund questions should include the payment date and last four digits of the card used. We never ask for full card numbers over email.
If you paid through a partner portal, we coordinate with that portal and mirror their timeline when they control disbursement.
7. Partial amounts
Partial refunds subtract mentor hours already consumed at published hourly rates and any non-refundable vendor fees we prepaid on your behalf.
We provide a line-item worksheet before processing so you can agree to the arithmetic.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly. Chargebacks may pause access while the bank investigates.
If a chargeback is found frivolous, reinstatement may require paying administrative fees described in your order terms.
9. Currency
Refunds are issued in Korean won for domestic cards. Foreign currency cards may receive refunds in the card's billing currency at the processor's exchange rate on the refund date.
We do not profit from currency conversion spreads.
10. Installments
If you financed through an installment partner, cancellations follow that partner's schedule after we approve the academic side.
We notify the partner within two business days of approval.
11. Non-refundable items
Downloadable templates purchased standalone are non-refundable once downloaded. Bundle purchases may still refund the live portion if unused.
Certificates already issued cannot be revoked financially; corrections are handled administratively.
12. Consumer rights (KR)
Korean consumers may have rights under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other statutes. This policy does not waive mandatory protections.
Disputes may be submitted to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission when mediation fails.
